What programs do you all recommend for learning Tanakh the Sephardic way at a BEGINNERS level, like you'd teach children, converts, the newly religious, etc? Weekly Parasha classes often have some built-in assumptions that people know stuff, but what programs (books, videos, Zoom, hybrid, websites) teach like the reader knows nothing?

Does s&p have a general practice regarding shehakol vs eiss/adamah on pureed or otherwise processed fruits and vegetables? I was recently told that some hold you can make this blessing without the need to see chunks or "whole" pieces that looks like the unprocessed produce, for example adamah on pumpkin puree, or very finely shredded/minced squash.
