Hanula Notrica. Born in Rhodes in 1887. Daughter of Salomon Notrica & Mazaltov Benveniste. She was married to David Hasson, son of Nathan Hasson and Bulissa Benveniste.Her daughters Caden and Ricca Hasson. The little girl standing in the front is Ketty ( Kaden) Coen leaning against her aunt ( Notrica /her mother’s sister )

J. E. BENATAR BROS was the company of Joseph-Elie & Alfred Benatar. Alfred was my grandfather. The enveloppe is adressed to David Israel at the Ecole de l'Alliance Israelite Universelle in Teheran, Persia. It looks like it transited in Cairo!
I believe this is a Rhodesli wedding in Tel Aviv on Aug. 7th, 1958. The groom is Salvo, son of Behora Luna Sidis (widow). The bride is Shoshana, daughter of Yosef & Sarah Capelluto.

You will notice that quite a few students were not originally from Rhodes. The College had a boarding school.
