This is the seal of Haim Isaac Carigal. It was affixed to an undated letter he wrote to Solomon Simson shortly before he left New York for Newport (c. 1773.) The letter is from the Archives of Shearith Israel.I can make out what looks to be a scale and baskets on either side. But, what is depicted or written in the center is unclear to me.
