There appears to have been an Act of the Legislature of Barbados entitled "An Act Concerning the Vestry of the Hebrew Nation resident within this Island" governing the S and P congregation there - but this Act is not in the extant published Acts of Barbados - although there are several references to it in the Nidhe Israel Archives. I wonder what it actually says. Apologies for the poor image quality - I only had a 1.5 megapixel camera back in 1999.
