Hoy cumplí 1 año más, un hito significativo para seguir celebrando mi sabiduría, la felicidad y los muchos momentos enriquecidos al celebrar la vida y la vida de mis seres queridos. Sí, mirando desde la cima de la montaña, sigo apreciando lo afortunado que he sido al ser mimado y amado por mis hijos y nietos. Espero seguir disfrutando de ese calor y cuidado en muchos años futuros.Para amenizar mi celebración, he preparado mi pastel preferido, “la Selva Negra”, este fantástico pastel que combinas suaves y húmedas capas de bizcocho de chocolate con glaseado de crema batida hecho en casa y cobertura de cerezas ácidas dulces.Esperemos que haya paz y felicidad para todo el universo..Today I turned 1 year older, a significant milestone in continuing celebrating my wisdom, the happiness and the many moments enriched by celebrating life and the life of my loved ones. Yes looking from the top of the mountain I continue to appreciate how fortunate I have been in being pampered and loved by my children and grand children. I should hope to continue to enjoy such warm and care in many future years to come.To spoil my celebration I have prepared my favor cake the Black forest, this great one which combines soft, moist chocolate sponge cake layers with my home made whipped cream frosting and the sweet sour cherry topping.Let’s hope for peace and happiness to the entire universe.
