Hi everyone. We are growing very fast as a group and assume it is also due to the situation in Israel when people are looking for groups for support and sharing information. Myself and Anna Kronick are working hard to accept members but we are taking longer to vet the profiles. If we miss something and someone is misusing the group pls message us or use the moderation alert. I work full time (although hard to now) and live in Israel so I have very little time to review memberships--it may take longer than usual. Please keep your posts relevant and respectful. We will decline people with problematic profiles and/or delete posts if necessary.It is very difficult to be in Israel now and to be a Jew anywhere. The Israeli people are amazing in their resilience and ability to reach out and help others but the emotional pain is immense.We understand that the Palestinians are also suffering now and Israel is trying to minimize that but we are fighting a terrible enemy who has no regard for their own people's lives or quality of living. I want to remind everyone that Jews have been displaced their whole history and have never plotted for 75 years to destroy their displacers/murderers nor asked for the keys to the houses they lost in Spain, Portugal, Russia, Poland, Germany, Tunsia, Algeria, Yemen. They have moved on and built new lives and some have built Israel. It is heart wrenching to see people in Israel being displaced from their homes in the north and the south and even leaving the country. It is a tragedy for Israel but also for the world. So much good, so much light and so much wisdom has come out of this country.
