Born in Rhodes on October 15, 1907.He completed in 1926 the third year of upper-level schooling, then successively worked for the Government in Rhodes for four years, was employed by a lawyer from 1930 to 1931, and then worked as a merchant in Palestine until 1937.Since then, he has traveled throughout our Colony and settled as a merchant in Elisabethville.
