Hi everyone, this is a photo of my great grandfather's cousin, Janet de Pinna from her wedding announcement in 1928 in the New York Herald Tribune. I was intrigued by her headdress as I haven't seen one like that before - Does anyone know if it is a Sephardic style? Or is it just completely unrelated? Her father was (Western) Sephardic, but I'm not sure of her mother's background, and her husband and the Rabbi who married them were both Ashkenazi. Thanks for any insight!
