Hello everyone. I was hoping someone might be able to assist with this Spanish baptismal entry from the 18th century. The man being baptized was - formerly - a practicing Portuguese Jew in Bayonne, who was taking the baptismal name of Augustin. I was curious about the pictured language, including the priest’s comments regarding Judaism and whatnot, and the reference to Dax. The language is probably formulaic, but I am not sure. I suspect his Jewish family did not assist with his conversion. Thanks!
