Hello, today I am searching for any information on another set of my great great grandparents, Rabbi Mordechai Elgrichi & Rachel Elgrichi (née Ohayon). Rabbi Mordechai was born in 1883 in Mazagan to Rabbi Yakov Elgrichi, and Zohara Elgrichi (née Bouhana). Rachel was born in 1886 in Safi to Nissim Ohayon and Zohara Ohayon (née Perez). They had nine children together: Meyer, Leon, Zohara, Esther, Mazal, Victoria, Yakov (my great grandfather), Haim, and Hannah. Mordechai passed away in July 1945 in Casablanca. Rachel made Aliyah with the remaining family to Israel, and passed away on February 8, 1974 in Netanya. What I hopefully can find help for is to find records that trace their ancestors further, as well as any personal stories anyone may have of Mordechai and Rachel. Thank you for the help!
