I have a question, does anybody know of particular passover customs from Thessaloniki? I know it is not strictly S&P but it's the only group I know that might know something. We will be hosting a family whose grandmother was from thessaloniki and survived the shoah but afterwards married a dutch non jew and she never wanted her children to be jewish. But obviously they all know they are jewish and are interested in reconecting. The family has young children so I want to include some things from their grandmother's hometown to help them sense a greater conection. Thanks!
