Perhaps his time has now come. The final movement of his Symphony no. 6 (Pastoral) would make a truly empyrean setting for Tehilat Hashem sung at the conclusion of Ashrei Yoshebei Betekha. Beethoven, himself, described this movement as the expression of 'happy and thankful feelings'.
