Relations between Western Sepharaddim and Iberian AnusimMany of us have ancestors that were Anusim. These times many Anusim that stayed in Iberia are looking to return to Judaism.People suggested that they should adopt Western Sephardic traditions. This could make sense, but it is up to them.They of course had a different development, preserved some traditions of their own that are different from ours. There is no reason for them to give up on them.We WS/SP also developed traditions AFTER we left Iberia, Iberian Anusim might not feel like they can relate to those traditions.What do you think? Should we reach out to them?
