https://youtu.be/MnWKj1_17oEThe melody for Hashem Bekol Shofar / Lema'ankha Elohai is perhaps one of the oldest in the Spanish and Portuguese Sephardi repertoire. With no exception that I am aware of, it has iterations across the entire Sephardi world, suggesting that its origins are very ancient indeed. As a lachan, it gets a good airing over the Yamim Nora'im. It is the setting for second of the repetitions of Hayom Harat Olam on Rosh Hashanah and - in some communities - the tune for the piyyutim Shamem Har Tsion and Yisrael Abadeka in the Yom Kippur liturgy. A more elaborated variant serves as the chant for Keter Yitenu Lekha on both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.A downloadable mp3 of this recording along with over 90 other tracks is available at http://danielhalfon.com/multitrack-recordings/
