I was reading up on why Sephardim do not recite a Shehehiyanu for Tekiat Shofar on 2nd day RH unless the 1st day was Shabbat. This is not the Rambam's ruling as he makes no distinction between 1st & 2nd day but does not saying Shehehiyanu on 2nd day create a bigger issue with the idea of Yoma Arichta so that Yom Tob Sheni is lesser in its Kedusha?
