I’m aware that lamb is deeply appreciated by our eastern brethren during the week of pesaḥ. However, is there any tradition western sephardic lamb recipe for pascua? I’d appreciate if you could share some that do (or can be adapted to) not contain quitniot or wet matsa, as there are people in my household who won’t eat these. Obviously lamb recipes from any other corner of the sephardic world will also be appreciated!
