I am trying to find out if indeed the author of Malkhe Yehudha http://www.hebrewbooks.org/45873 is the same Jehuda Vega/Jeuda Viega/Jeuda Viegas who was Haham of the Amsterdam community of Newe Shalom in 1616, as the Jewish Encyclopedia seems to claim.
