I’m looking for recommendations of Pentateuchal commentaries. Ideally, I’d like them to be made by our Ḥachamim (I’ve already got in mind R. Cassuto’s and R. Leeser’s works). Nevertheless, I’m also open to any other book written by a Sephardi scholars, and even Ashquenazi ones who break the mould. My only musts are that:- it should be in English (Portuguese is also acceptable, obviously. Maybe Spanish too? I’m still on the fence about getting Haham Aboab’s Parafrasis)- it should be readily available to buy online (international shipping would be great, but I can work with US-only delivery)Mind you that the book is not specifically for me, but rather for a group study. Also, I’m all open to PDFs.
