With deep sorrow I inform the group that one of our founding members, Olve Utne, passed away last night.He was an amazing human being, friend, and fellow researcher. He did a lot of work researching those Sepharadim who moved north of Hamburg, and many other subjects. He was one of the main people trying to keep the Jewish community of Trondheim alive, and this way many S&P melodies could be heard in the local synagogue.He left behind his wife Dena, and his two children Hannah Sarina and Jacob Hillel.**תהא נשמתו צרורה בצרור החיים**
