Gentleman I have just come across this book which infers that Sephardim in the East were much tougher on the Conversos than the Western S&P who being converso themselves did not delve too deeply into the background of the people presenting themselves and London was easier than Amsterdam(not sure l agree)Seperate to that what little l could read was quiet fascinating but being Brill l suppose it cost at least 1000 pound.The Conversos and Moriscos in Late Medieval Spain and Beyond, Volume 3 ...edited by Kevin Ingram, Juan Ignacio Pulido Serrano
