Hello all,I'm wondering if anyone has access to the published Bevis Marks Records? I would like to see a transcribed copy of the marriage of Abraham Haim VANANO and Sarah DE MATTOS which I believe took place on 11 Jun 1798. I wonder whether someone might be kind enough to send me a scan of the relevant page, please?I am also looking for evidence of the birth of their daughter Rachel VANANO who I believe was born in about 1801 in East London. I have not been able to find this so far. Rachel VANANO married in church in 1820 to a man named Joseph RUBY or RUBER or RUBEY. I can't find any evidence that he was Jewish but may yet be proven wrong. I am trying to prove someone's Jewish heritage and whilst I am confident that it's there, the proofs are hard to find. This was apparently a fairly assimilated family. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.Naomip.s. Am I right in thinking the Bevis Marks records indexed online are fairly incomplete?
