Does anyone know anything about a Rabbi Yaakov ben Malka whose responsa were published posthumously in 1935 under the title ”Ner Hama’aravi”? (Possibly also to be read as “Hamaghrebi.”). Looking for basic details like his dates and major career points. This link says he was a judge at Tetuan and that the Hida mentioned him favorably in “Vaad Lehahamim” http://web.webix.co.il/Sites/orchma/PAGE246.aspAnd this link says that someone with the same name was a less loveable character: https://books.google.com/books?id=YGnh80hn-kgC&pg=PA91&lpg=PA91&dq=yaakov+ibn+malka&source=bl&ots=PN-Hwxg0yl&sig=fw2eUEu-ELAY34w-C3zpQ1WiQac&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi67ejWmtDeAhU2HTQIHQ5KCa4Q6AEwAXoECAkQAQ#v=onepage&q=yaakov%20ibn%20malka&f=false
