I am researching my paternal line, settled in a small village near Trujillo (Cáceres, Spain), with the last name Amarilla. I have only been able to find one reference to this family:"Los **judíos** estaban también en los alrededores de la Plaza: los **Amarilla**, **judíos** notables de **Cáceres**, habían alquilado casa fuera de la judería."The Amarilla family is described as one of "notable Jews in Cáceres". I wonder if these Amarilla were related to the Amarillo family, mentioned by Michael Waas in this group.
