Hi allI need all your experience and expertise. I would like to travel to Spain and Portugal around Spring time with my brother for a roots trip for around 4 to 5 days. This is my first time in either country apart from a day or so here and there.I would like to see as much as possible of what remains of Old Sefarad. I would like the trip to include Cordoba (where my family originated), Porto and Lisbon.I am observant but my brother isn't. Where are there kosher restaurants, good tours, must see places?Any thoughts?
