Dear friends today I show you an amazing treasure !This is the Ketubba of ISAAK SENIOR (Manuel Texeira) and RAHEL DE MATOS, dated 24.June.1648It was stolen 1942 from the Ets Haim Libary Amsterdam and was brought back 1945. In the year 1990 this Ketubba was offered in an auction (Christie's Amsterdam) and now it's a part of the collection of jewish history in the museum for the history of Hamburg.I'm very sad because we have in Hamburg a jewish history of 400 years.....but we have no jewish museum !
