I have seen many pictures and videos in these forums and in many other books, etc on how sephardim wear the talet like a shawl. But a rabbi of my community, Sacca, went to Amsterdam (less than 10 years ago) and some people told him that the proper way to use it is like these pictures below. Maybe both are correct. Maybe not. I would appreciate it if you could shed some light on this topic.
