Survivor of the Holocaust: Oral History Transcript of Miru Alcana"Home and Belonging" is the 2023 International Day of Commemoration theme. It reminds us of the plight of the victims and survivors of the Holocaust who had their sense of belonging taken away and their homes and communities destroyed. As we honor their life and memory, let us continue to do our part in countering Antisemitism, hate speech, and Holocaust denial and distortion.
