Hi All, Here is another piece of work which involved Professor Anita Novinsky regarding the descendants of Branca Dias. I noticed many Arruda and Brandao lines. Very interesting as it dives into the Brazilian descendants including Native American, Muslim, Jewish, and New Christians. Hope it helps!

Good Evening All,Has anyone ever found baptism records of forced conversions? Council of Trent required baptism, marriage and death records starting in 1563. Many thanks! I have found one record that indicate that the person was an old christian, and one that actually said new christian.
