I was examining a 5466 (1705/1706) Amsterdam Sephardi High Holiday Maḥzor (4” x 6” x 1½”) covering Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and the daily Selihoth in between, published in Amsterdam by Isaac son of Jacob de Cordova(בדפוס המשובח של הגביר היקר יצחק בן יעקב דיקורדווא יצ״ו).
