Ton Tielen here is the copy of the 1881 London census which includes my three times- great grandfather Abram Naar. According to a Geni entry I've come across, with a d.o.b October 23, 1837, this reaffirms the birth certificate photo you included before belonging to Abraham de Abraham Naar, son of Abraham de David Naar and Susanne van der Liet so I think you've found the link!
