Hello all, I'm hoping you can help me please. My ancestors, the Shannon family, were part of the Bevis Marks Spanish and Portuguese congregation in London in the 18th and 19th Centuries. The earliest known ancestor, Meshod/Masoud Shannon (Ben Shannon or Shanon), is documented as coming from Tetouan/Berbery Coast (born c.1723) before migrating to Gibraltar.
