Here is a list of Jews in Barcelona who converted in 1391. It is alphabetized by NEW surname. If you have the Marco i Dachs' book "Catalunya y los judios" (1985), the list can also be found in Apendice 4. This is the list as given to me by my good friend and excellent researcher Maria Jose Surribas. There are three pages.
